Customer Service Contracts

We have 4 levels of service contract to meet all the demands of your organization.  All packages are monthly and includes maintenance such as ad ware removal, hard drive defragmentation, optimizing desktop & startup and network troubleshooting.

All maintenance agreements are for six month minimum.  The ten hour block time doesn't have a limit.

Level 1: Standard customer service - $100.00

2 hrs./mo., two business day in-house service per month.

This is for the small business or home office that relies on their computer system(s) but doesn't need on-site service

Level 2: Standard customer service - $220.00

4 hours per month, response within 24 hours in house or 3 hours on-site service per month.

This is the standard support plan for businesses with established individual or small-network systems, in a non-critical state of usage.

Level 3: Preferred customer service- $550.00

8 hours same business day service in house or onsite per month

If you have a large network, and/or your business depends on your systems being up and running at peak performance every hour of every business day, we recommend our Preferred service contract. Preferred service includes eight hours of support per month, including any maintenance necessary to keep your systems running perfectly. Moreover, assistance with any problem will be provided on the same business day of your request on any business day (M-F), provided the request is made before 11:00 a.m.

Level 4: VIP customer service- $950.00

15hrs./mo., same business day service onsite or 20 hours in house service

VIP service is designed for the company with large network that needs to be maintained on a regular basis. Companies with this service contract will receive a weekly onsite service call, automatically. This is to insure that the network remains in perfect working condition every hour of every business day. If an emergency does occur, VIP customers will receive service within two hours of the initial request, provided that the request is made before 3:00 p.m.

On Call Contract - $550.00/ year
Great for Need-based Support!

10 hrs block time with standard response time in house or 7 hours on-site service.

This contract is designed for the business that has occasional needs for an IT professional. The 10 hours purchased may be used for monthly maintenance, emergency service, or whatever suits your needs. When the need arises, simply give us a call to setup an onsite call or bring your computer in to our office. Your technician will schedule the onsite call within 2 business days of receiving the request.
